We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, you must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the product(s) being delivered to the shipping address of your order.
Once we review your request to return, we will provide you with an authorization to return the product along with a return address. You must ship back the products within 14 days of the product(s) being delivered to the shipping address of your order. Please note that you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with the return of the product.
In order for us to process a refund, the product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Therefore, the product should not have been used, washed, dry cleaned, damaged, and should not have any of its tags removed. After receiving the product, if we determine that the product(s) are no longer in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee based on the selling price of that specific product.
We do our best to ensure you receive quality products the first time. However, if you receive a product that is defective, you must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the product being delivered to the shipping address of your order and we will gladly replace the defective product. If we do not receive an email from you within the 7 day period regarding this matter, we will assume that the product was delivered in good condition.
