I found it very difficult to connect the hook to the joint, as the hole was too small. I tried messaging the store and they said they’d ask another worker for me, but they never got back to me. Luckily, I finally managed to connect the hook to the joint by fiddling with it for a long time. It helps to use 2 or more towels with pushing the hook to the joint so you can exert more force without hurting your hands, for anyone else who might have this problem. Other than that, it’s a sturdy hanger and it does save a lot of space in my wardrobe.
